National Volunteers gather and send relief packages to flood victims

With the south-eastern part of the country bearing the brunt of the incessant rains, with floods and landslides happening in almost every stretch of roads, communities, it is time, again, for the National Volunteers to show their humanitarian initiative. Collaborating with Rotary Club of Durbar Marg, Kathmandu and Rotaract District 3292, Nepal, National Volunteering Program (NVP) successfully distributed 262 tarps, noodles, rice, sleeping mattress, blanket, biscuits, clothes and drinking water to the survivors in Gabargadha of Saptari.

The Armed Police Force (APF) also provided 60 aqua-boxes. Each box contained all basic materials including toys for kids.
